Our Perfume Candles are hand-poured in Amsterdam in small batches using a natural blend of soy wax and beeswax, infused with botanical ingredients derived from nature and our signature fragrance compositions.

Rather than overwhelming a room, they create a gentle, evolving atmosphere through scent and light, an invitation to slow down, be present and experience fragrance differently.

Each 60 ml candle provides approximately 10–15 hours of fragrance and candlelight, depending on the environment and burning conditions.

    Rather than relying on conventional synthetic fragrance oils, we work with botanical ingredients derived from nature and compose our candles around them. Combined with our natural blend of soy wax and beeswax, they create a fragrance experience that unfolds gently as the candle burns.

    The result is intentionally subtle. Instead of filling a room with an immediate burst of scent, our candles create a quieter atmosphere that develops gradually, inviting you to notice fragrance rather than overwhelming the senses.

  • Natural wax and botanical fragrance behave differently from many conventional scented candles.

    Rather than producing an immediate, powerful scent, the warmth of the flame gradually releases the fragrance into the air, creating a softer, more atmospheric experience that develops over time.

    You may stop noticing the fragrance after a while, not because it has disappeared, but because your sense of smell naturally adapts to familiar scents. Step outside the room for a few moments and, when you return, you'll often discover the fragrance all over again.

    For the most even scent distribution, place your candle where warm air can circulate freely throughout the room.

Candle care

Trim the wooden wick to approximately 3–5 mm before each burn.

A shorter wick produces a softer, steadier flame, allowing the fragrance to diffuse gradually while helping the candle burn more evenly. A gently flickering flame is completely normal and part of the way our candles are designed to perform.

Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface during the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.

If, over time, you notice the flame becoming too small, you can carefully remove a small amount of cooled wax from around the wick to expose a little more of it before lighting again.

Never leave a burning candle unattended and always place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from children, pets and flammable materials.

Are the candles handmade?

Why doesn't the fragrance feel as intense as some scented candles?

Our candles are designed to create atmosphere rather than an overpowering scent. Botanical ingredients and natural wax release fragrance more gently, allowing it to develop gradually as the candle burns.

Why it seems I can't smell the candle after a while?

This is completely normal. Your sense of smell naturally adapts to familiar scents, a process known as olfactory adaptation. Leave the room for a few minutes and, when you return, you'll often notice the fragrance again.

Why is the flame smaller than other candles?

Our wooden wick is designed to burn with a gentle, controlled flame. A softly flickering flame is completely normal and helps release the fragrance gradually for a more balanced scent experience.

What should I do if the flame becomes too small?

If needed, carefully remove a small amount of cooled wax from around the wooden wick before relighting the candle. This exposes a little more of the wick and helps maintain an even burn.
